Refund policy

1. POLICY OVERVIEW

kudoslighting ("Company," "we," or "us") maintains this Return and Refund Policy ("Policy") governing all purchases made through www.kudoslighting.com. By completing a purchase, you ("Customer") agree to these terms.

2. RETURN ELIGIBILITY


2.1 Qualifying Returns

We accept returns under these conditions:
  • Damaged/Defective Items: Verified quality issues or shipping damage
  • Incorrect Items: Product differs materially from description
  • Undeliverable Packages: Returned to sender by carrier
  • Non-Delivery: Not received within 60 calendar days

2.2 Non-Qualifying Returns

The following are ineligible for return:
  • Gift cards and store credits
  • Products installed, used, or modified
  • Requests after 30 calendar days from delivery
  • Custom or special-order items

3. RETURN PROCESS


3.1 Initiation Requirements

To request a return:
  1. Contact Customer Service at support@kudoslighting.com within 30 days
  2. Provide:
    1. Order number
    2. Detailed reason for return
    3. Supporting photos/video (if applicable)

3.2 Return Authorization

  • Approved returns will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number
  • Returns without RA number will be refused

3.3 Return Shipping

  • Company-Paid Returns: For qualifying returns under Section 2.1
  • Customer-Paid Returns: For non-qualifying returns (original shipping fees deducted)

3.4 Refund Processing

  • Processed within 3-6 business days after receipt
  • Issued to original payment method
  • Bank processing times may apply

4. REPLACEMENTS

  • Approved replacements ship via air freight (6-8 business days)
  • Subject to product availability

5. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

  • Must be requested within 3 hours of order confirmation
  • Full refund processed within 10 business hours
  • No cancellations after 3-hour window

6. GENERAL TERMS

  • All products must be in original condition with packaging
  • We reserve the right to:
    • Refuse returns not meeting these terms
    • Modify this Policy without prior notice
  • This Policy constitutes the entire agreement
